These terms govern purchases of products from Forma Research. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are of legal age and that the products are purchased exclusively for research purposes.
Research purposes
Forma Research products are intended exclusively for research and laboratory use. They are not approved for human consumption. The buyer takes full responsibility for correct handling and use in accordance with applicable regulations.
Prices
All prices are stated in SEK including VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Swish. Payments are processed by Stripe with 3D Secure authentication.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes are settled in Swedish courts.
Dessa villkor reglerar köp av produkter från Forma Research. Genom att genomföra ett köp bekräftar du att du är myndig och att produkterna köps uteslutande för forskningsändamål.
Forskningsändamål
Forma Research-produkter är avsedda uteslutande för forskning och laboratoriebruk. De är inte godkända för mänsklig konsumtion. Köparen tar fullt ansvar för korrekt hantering och användning i enlighet med tillämpliga regler.
Priser
Alla priser anges i SEK inklusive moms (25%). Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priser utan föregående avisering.
Betalning

Jurisdiktion
Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag. Eventuella tvister avgörs i svenska domstolar.
